Today we learnt about to use advanced Excel from our presenter is Cik Shahrizatuawin. She teach us to calculate using the formula from excel. It was benefit to us to do advance calculating. Excel is an Electronic Spreadsheet Program. Excel is an electronic spreadsheet program that can be used for storing, organizing and manipulating data.

Next session is from Cik Azma. Her task is to present about DOCUMENT MAP. The Document Map is a separate pane that displays a list of headings in the document. Use the Document Map to quickly navigate through the document and keep track of your location in it. The Document Map in Word 2007 provides easy navigation in long documents. You can jump around your document by headings or pages. It also provides a bird’s-eye view of your document’s structure.Let we see how to use Document map....
